Rates
$2800/week January through Thanksgiving
$3100/week Thanksgiving through Christmas/New Years with a two week minimum.
Rates are for 4 adults plus children. For more than 4 adults add $150 per person per week.
For larger groups, business retreats, weddings, honeymoons, or anniversaries, ask about renting several homes on Winding Bay. Owner Marty Erbaugh can help.
Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Upon receipt of initial deposit check, written confirmation is sent along with additional information for your stay. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is forfeited if cancelled 45 days before arrival. $250 refundable security deposit required.
